Born in Delhi, India, I immigrated with my family and became a proud citizen in 2004. Since then, I’ve lived in the US, France, and Sweden, and have traveled around the world. The city of Calgary and the province of Alberta will always be my home. As a devout Hindu and Jain, and as an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, I’m guided by my sense of volunteerism and civic duty. I’m also a huge fan of Cricket.
Currently, I’m a graduate student at Georgetown University. Previously, I studied law at the University of Ottawa and international relations at the University of Toronto. I have published extensively on topics in foreign affairs, culture, security, sport, and politics. I also enjoy writing poetry, and my debut book came out in 2022. Moving forward, I hope to practice law and develop my career at home and abroad.
